Pediatric Dentistry is that branch of Dental Science which deals with primary & comprehensive, preventive & interceptive oral health care for infants & children through adolescence including children with special health care needs.

This specialized care helps children feel comfortable with dentistry. The restoration and maintenance of primary and permanent dentitions; assisting in the prevention of dental caries and periodontal disease; and correction of occlusion are its main objectives

The department serves special children who have difficulties in overcoming their fear during any dental treatments. Our department leads the pack, in the development and implementation of innovative new treatments for childhood illness and injury. We ensure care of the highest quality for everyone, including our youngest patients. The students of this department shall be trained extensively in child care and management. As they say 'the child of today forms the nation of tomorrow.
